People abandoned this famous ashram in 1997. Uttarakhand’s Forest Department turned this Beatles ashram into some tourists place and reopened it on 8th December 2015 on the anniversary of John Lennon.

How you can reach the place?

The Beatles Ashram or Chaurasi Kutia ashram is located in the Swargasharm area of Ram Jhula. You will see a big old gate of this ashram after walking approximately of 2 kilometers from the Parmarth Niketan Ashram at the end side of the road.
