From 11PM to 3PM

This is the best time to sleep, coz at this time most of your blood circulation concentrates in the liver and the body undergoes detoxification process. However, if you don’t sleep at this time, your liver cannot carry out this detoxification process smoothly.

From 3AM to 5AM

Since, most blood circulation concentrates in your lung. At this time, the air is very fresh with lots of beneficial negative ions. You should exercise and breathe in fresh air.

From 5AM to 7AM

This is the time when your body need to absorb more nutrients throughout the day. In short, it’s time to poop! Pass out all unwanted poop from your large intestine.

From 7AM to 9AM

This is the best time for breakfast, in continuous. Have you breakfast, as most blood circulation focuses in your stomach. Your breakfast must comprise all required nutrients. Not having breakfast causes lots of health problems for you in the future.
