Star Wars is more like a folklore in the west now and everything related to the franchise is a news. But Leonardo DiCaprio doesn’t think so, the star turned down the role of Anakin Skywalker opposite Natalie Portman. Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader is the antagonist in the Star Wars movies. It is so famous that a lot of children get the name every year. Its meaning is unknown but is thought to be an homage to a friend of George Lucas.) Jake Lloyd (Darth Vader) looked so much like Leo, which makes sense why George chose the kid with weak acting skills.
Apparently it turns out that Leonardo DiCaprio could have been Anakin Skywalker in the Star Wars prequels. They have some similarities with tone and delivery, but DiCaprio is the FAR better actor. Hyden Christensen fell short many times although he had the look down great especially in Episode III. Bottomline, it seems he has a keen sense when it comes to these superhero films and is choosing his roles wisely which is why he has had a great amount of success.
Meanwhile, Hyden Christene shared why he disappeared from Hollywood after Starwars Prequels, “I guess I felt like I had this great thing in ’Star Wars’ that provided all these opportunities and gave me a career, but it all kind of felt a little too handed to me,” the 34-year-old actor recently told the Los Angeles Times. “I didn’t want to go through life feeling like I was just riding a wave.”
“You can’t take years off and not have it affect your career,” Hayden added. “But I don’t know — in a weird, sort of destructive way, there was something appealing about that to me. There was something in the back of my head that was like, ’If this time away is gonna be damaging to my career, then so be it. If I can come back afterward and claw my way back in, then maybe I’ll feel like I earned it.’ Hyden Said.
Starwars is the movie, that most appeals to me. ‘Star wars’ is getting all the talk. But no one knows what planets they will visit. Hope a movie like Star wars will provide the means for getting them there.
