How to make homemade chocolates

Hence, make healthy homemade chocolates and celebrate the festival in a healthy way with them 🙂 What do you Say? Yes! It’s really easy, just 5 steps and the healthy and favorite  homemade chocolates is ready.

Ingredients:

Cocoa powder – 5 table spoon
Milk powder – 100 gms
Butter -3 tbsp
Sugar – 2/3 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

5 easy steps to make chocolate at home:

Step 1: Mix cocoa powder and milk powder gently with the help of stain container and keep it aside. This will help to make a chocolate more creamy and soft.

Step 2: Now heat water and sugar in a whistle and bring it to boil, and reduce the flame, and continue cooking the syrup until it reaches its one strip consistency.

Step 3: Now remove it from the flame, and add butter & vanilla to it, mix well until butter is nicely melted and vanilla mixes with the syrup.

Step 4: One the syrup is ready, add the mixture of cocoa powder and milk powder gradually, and mix nicely, gradually, with the help of a spoon, folding it in one direction.

Step 5: Now, take a tray to bake it and pour the mixture in it to make homemade chocolates, also you can put some dry fruits, to give it a rich look.
